• Get taxonomy conceptRead one JobTech Taxonomy concept by id: its name, type, definition, other names and the concepts it sits under (an occupation's group, a municipality's region). A retired concept names its replacement; an unknown id comes back with 'found' false.
• List related taxonomy conceptsList the JobTech Taxonomy concepts linked to one: the narrower ones under it (an occupation group's occupations, a region's municipalities), the broader ones above it, or related ones (the skills an occupation group asks for). Narrow them to one type.
