1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lodol, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to access or use our Services.

3. Beta Services

Lodol is currently offered as a beta release. The Services may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change significantly at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Services during this period. Beta features may be modified or discontinued, and data created during the beta may not be preserved in future versions. Your participation in the beta helps us improve the product, and we appreciate your feedback.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to the activities listed below.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract source code.
  • Bypassing authentication or access controls.
  • Transmitting malware or performing denial-of-service attacks.
  • Impersonating others or misusing branding.
  • Sending unsolicited or unauthorized communications.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Creating more than one free account to circumvent plan limits, including the cap on concurrently running workflows.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms and reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. Each person may register only one free account. You may not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent limits on features, resources, or plan entitlements.

7. Intellectual Property

Lodol retains all intellectual property rights to the Services. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
