Every plan includes a number of workflow runs each month. Free includes 100. On Builder and Pro you choose how many runs you need, from 2,500 to 250,000 a month, and the price follows the runs you choose. Enterprise is priced with us directly. Every plan includes unlimited seats.
A run is one pass of a workflow, however many steps it takes, so a five-step workflow and a fifty-step workflow each count once. Runs you start count, and so do runs a schedule, a trigger or the API starts, and each button press or saved change in an app. A workflow waiting for its trigger doesn't count, and neither does a workflow that another one calls, or an app loading its data.
Runs reset on the 1st of every month (UTC). If a workspace uses all of its runs before then, new runs pause until the 1st, and Lodol notes each paused workflow in your Runs list. The workspace owner gets an email when 80% of the month's runs are used, and you can choose more runs anytime to keep going right away. On Builder and Pro you can also keep workflows running with extra runs, up to a monthly spending limit you set. Extra runs cost 25% more than the runs in your plan if you pay monthly, or 50% more if you pay annually ($7.50 per 1,000 on Builder with 5,000 runs, either way) and are billed after the month ends. They're off until you turn them on in Billing.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free on every plan and every number of runs. For example, Builder with 5,000 runs a month is $300 a year instead of $360. You're charged once a year, and your runs still reset every month.
No. The Free plan needs no payment information and includes 100 runs a month, so you can build and run real workflows before you decide. A card is needed only when you choose Builder or Pro. Enterprise plans are handled through sales-assisted procurement.
