What it does

How it works

What happens on each run, in plain English.

Every Monday at 08:00, the workflow reads the newest posts in the subreddits you name, picks out those whose title mentions your product, and asks the AI whether each is really about you. A name like Linear or Arc matches plenty of unrelated posts, so the AI is given your one-line description of what you make and asked to say why.

What survives is emailed as a plain digest: subreddit, title, a direct link to the thread and one line on why it matters. Each mention is appended to your Google Sheet before the email is sent, and every post already on that sheet is skipped, so nothing is reported twice and the sheet doubles as an archive. A post the AI cannot justify is left out with its reason in the run log, and one unreadable subreddit does not stop the rest. An empty week still sends the email, saying so.

Before the first run you need a Google Sheet tab headed 'Date reported', 'Post ID', 'Subreddit', 'Title', 'Link' and 'Why it matters', in that order.
