How it works
What happens on each run, in plain English.
Whenever a message in your Telegram chat starts with your chosen keyword followed by a place name, the current conditions there are looked up and the reply comes back in the same chat: conditions, temperature and what it feels like, humidity and wind. Multi-word places work, and so does a postal code or a name with a country code when the plain name is ambiguous.
The reply reports the readings that came back and nothing more. It does not warn about severe weather, because a current reading is not a warning, and any reading the service does not return is left out rather than shown as zero. A place that cannot be found gets a reply saying so, with a hint about adding a country code. Messages that do not start with the keyword are ignored, so the bot stays quiet in a busy group.
You need a Telegram bot in the chat and a keyword for it to listen for, and temperatures come back in the units you choose.
