Work with the records in your NocoDB tables from a workflow, on NocoDB Cloud or your own server. Steps your workflow can run in NocoDB.

Find recordsGet the records in a table that meet a condition, such as Status is Open or Due is on or after a date, sorted the way you choose. Leave the condition blank to get every record, or start from a view saved in NocoDB for anything more involved.
Get a recordGet one record by its ID, with every field's value: checkboxes as true or false, dates as 2026-03-01, links as the linked records and attachments with a link that opens each file.
Create a recordAdd a record to a table, filling in each field with the input that suits it. The record comes back as NocoDB saved it, with its new ID.
Update a recordChange some fields of one record. Fields left blank keep what they have.
Create or update a recordUpdate the record whose field has a given value, such as an email address, or create it when there is none. The result says which happened.
Delete a recordPermanently delete one record from a table.
Link recordsLink a record to records in another table, such as a contact to their company. Links it already has are kept.
Unlink recordsRemove links between a record and records in another table, without deleting either.
Attach a file to a recordAdd a file to a record's attachment field: upload one, use a file from an earlier step, or paste a link. Files up to 7 MB.
List basesList every base the connection can open, with the workspace each one sits in.
List tablesList the tables in a base.
List fieldsList a table's fields with their types and choices, and the views saved on it.
Create a tableAdd a table to a base, with the fields you name.
