Steps your workflow can run in Amazon CloudFront.

List distributionsList all CloudFront distributions in this account and region, newest first. Each has an ID, domain name, status (enabled, disabled or deploying), and the cache policies and functions assigned to it.
Get a distributionGet one CloudFront distribution with its cache policies, origins and functions.
Create a distributionCreate a new CloudFront distribution pointing to an origin (e.g. S3, ALB, or a custom domain). It starts disabled; enable it when ready.
Set distribution enabledEnable or disable a distribution. A disabled one still exists but does not serve traffic or incur costs.
Delete a distributionPermanently delete a distribution. AWS refuses while it is enabled or while any invalidation is in progress.
Create an invalidationRemove files from CloudFront's cache so the next request fetches them fresh from the origin. The first 1,000 paths each month are free; /* counts as one path.
Get an invalidationGet one invalidation and its status: InProgress, then Completed.
List invalidationsList a distribution's invalidations, newest first.
List tagsList the tags on a distribution or other CloudFront resource.
Add tagsAdd tags to a distribution or other CloudFront resource. A tag whose name already exists is overwritten; other tags are kept.
Remove tagsRemove tags, by name, from a distribution or other CloudFront resource. Names it does not have are ignored.
List cache policiesList CloudFront cache policies available in this account: AWS-managed ones and custom ones made here. Each shows its name, ID and cache behavior (age and cookies/headers/query strings).
List origin access controlsList the origin access controls (OACs) in this account: their names, IDs and S3 origin behavior setting.
List functionsList all CloudFront Functions in this account: their names, ETags, creation date and stage (development or live).
Get a functionGet one CloudFront Function: its JavaScript code, ETag and current stage (development or live).
Test a functionRun a CloudFront Function's development code against sample request data and get the result: request object as transformed, response headers, and log lines.
Create a functionCreate a new CloudFront Function with initial JavaScript code. It starts in the development stage; publish it when ready.
Update a functionReplace a CloudFront Function's development-stage code and ETag. Test it with 'Test a function' before publishing with 'Publish a function'.
Publish a functionCopy a function's development code to its live stage. Distributions that use the function start running it within minutes.
Delete a functionPermanently delete a function, both stages. CloudFront refuses while a distribution still uses it.
